Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Crocus purchase. If something is not right, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving your order, under the conditions below.

Returns

• Products can be returned only if they are unused, in their original condition and packaging.
• Perfumes and fragrance products that have been opened or used cannot be returned, unless they arrived damaged or faulty.
• If your product arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

Unused products in their original condition can be exchanged for another item.

How to request a return or exchange

Contact us at Info@crocusandco.com or call 00974 5000 1963 with your order number. You can also visit our store on Gewan Island, Doha.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear on your account depends on your bank or card provider.
